Who we are
ZedHomes is a marketplace for Zambian rental and sale property listings. We connect landlords, agents and buyers/tenants; we do not own or manage the properties listed.
Your account
You must provide a valid Zambian phone number or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
Listing content
Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — photos, price, address, condition and availability. Illegal, misleading or discriminatory listings will be removed and may result in an account ban.
Fees
A one-time listing fee applies (5% of the monthly rent for rentals, 1% of the sale price for sales). Advertisers pay per-tier (Basic K200 / Featured K500 / Premium K1,200 per week). Fees are non-refundable once a listing or ad is activated.
Payments
Mobile-money and card payments are processed by third-party providers (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel, Stripe). ZedHomes never stores card details. Failed payments are automatically retried by the provider.
Prohibited use
Do not use ZedHomes for fraud, spam, harassment, or to bypass Zambian laws. We may suspend accounts, remove listings and cooperate with authorities where required by law.
Limitation of liability
ZedHomes provides a listings service. We do not guarantee any transaction, tenancy or sale outcome. Verify every property, landlord and payment in person before transferring money.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
